How long does a video production take?

The four steps
Call: who the film is for and what it needs to do.
Plan: script, shot list, locations and schedule, in writing.
Shoot: a small crew on location in DC, Maryland and Virginia, or anywhere in the US.
Finish: edit, color, sound and mix, with rounds of notes.
Event coverage can turn around faster, because the date sets the schedule. AI films have no shoot day, so the time goes into story, design and finishing.
